This policy explains what personal data collects when you order Tapwise, and how we use it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, email (optional) and delivery address, which you type into the order form.
• Order details: product, quantity, amount, payment method and payment reference.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or phone.

We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords. Payments are handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order, and to issue the GST invoice.
• To send order, delivery and warranty updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To meet legal and tax requirements.

We send offers only if you ask for them, and you can stop them at any time.

Who we share it with

• Courier partners, to deliver your order (name, phone, address).
• Razorpay, to take your payment.
• Google, whose services store our order records.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it.

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for 8 years, as Indian tax law requires. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent for messages, by writing to us. Requests are handled by our grievance officer, listed on the contact page.
