Where we deliver

We ship across India through courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, Xpressbees and India Post. If your PIN code is not served by any courier, we will tell you before dispatch and refund any payment in full.

When it ships

• Orders are packed and handed to the courier within (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Delivery usually takes after dispatch, depending on your location.

Charges

• Delivery charge: .
• Payment: all orders are prepaid online. Cash on delivery is not available.

Tracking

When your order ships we send the courier name and tracking number to your mobile number by SMS or WhatsApp.

Delivery problems

• If the parcel arrives damaged or opened, please refuse it or record an unboxing video, and tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
• If delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was available after the courier's attempts, the parcel comes back to us. For prepaid orders we refund the product price minus the two-way shipping cost.
