The product

Tapwise is a smart watering system that switches your tap on and off through an app over your home 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. It needs a working Wi-Fi connection, a power supply and a tap with a threaded outlet. Product photos are for illustration; the colour or packaging may vary slightly.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Any delivery charge is shown before you place the order.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
• All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order number and, for online payments, a successful payment. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if the item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, a price was shown wrongly, or we suspect fraud.

Delivery, returns and warranty

See our shipping policy and returns and refund policy. Tapwise has a one-year warranty from the invoice date against manufacturing defects; it does not cover physical damage, misuse, or units that have been opened or modified.

Using Tapwise safely

• Keep the power adapter dry and away from spraying water.
• Close the main tap if you will be away for a long time.
• Watering depends on your Wi-Fi, electricity and water supply. We are not responsible for losses caused by an outage of any of these.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at have jurisdiction over any dispute.
